Beach club mystery audit
A beach club lives or dies in five moments.
I spend the day at your beach club as a paying guest, from the bed to the sunset set, and I tell the owner where the day holds and where it slips. I ran Bagatelle Mansion in Paris: every summer weekend, 2,500 guests a night outdoors.
What I watch
The same checklist does not work at 13:00 and at 19:00. I follow the day as it changes.

Arrival and the bed
Reservation honoured, bed ready, towels, shade, the first drink offered without being chased.

Lunch on the sand
Kitchen timing when the terrace and the beds order at once. Plates that survive the walk from the pass.

The long afternoon
Staff presence at 16:00, when attention drops. Refills, ice, clean tables.

Sunset and the DJ
The switch to bottles and music. Security, door and table allocation.

The bill
Minimum spends, service charge, speed of payment. The last impression is the one guests post.
