I ran restaurant-clubs in Paris for fifteen years: Kong, L'Arc, Bagatelle Mansion, Yeeels, Le Baron.
I come myself
Every visit is mine. No shoppers, no subcontracting. You buy one experienced eye, from the first drink to the bill.
I report to the owner only
Not to the general manager, not to the team. You decide what you share with them.

I take on a limited number of venues each month, so each one gets real attention.

The bill for each visit is recharged at cost, within a cap agreed with you in advance. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
